What is the turnaround time for your media delivery?
The standard turnaround time for photography and floor plans is 24 hours or next business day delivery. Video and 3D Matterport Tours may take an extra day.
How to prepare for a photography session?
For best results we recommend that you prepare the property ahead of time, and have no pets present during the appointment. For more detailed instructions please refer to our Home Prep Guide.
How long can I expect a photography session to be?
The length of each photography session varies and it's mainly dependent on the property size and features, as well as on the services ordered. On average you can expect that photography only session of a 3,000 square foot property will take about an hour to an hour and a half. For more detailed information, please refer to the information on the order form.
What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hour notice. Otherwise a last minute cancellation fee will be applied.
Do you offer Aerial/Drone Photography?
Not at the moment, but we are planning to be able to offer these services as well in the future.
